Eva de Haan
Eva de Haan (1967) is a certified Yoga and Pilates teacher. Since 1997, she has been an aerobics teacher and the last years she has been giving sports and yoga lessons in Leiden under the name Yoga Spirit. Eva is the owner of and the inspiring force behind Yoga Spirit. During her travels through India, she gained great interest for Yoga. That led to the decision to, in the winter of 2005-2006, spend 6 months in India to do an intensive Yoga training. Therefore, she is trained as an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga instructor at Masterji Vishwanath in Bangalore, India. She also got inspired by other forms of yoga while she was in India.
She also followed workshops at Yoga Moves te Utrecht, Lino Miele (Italie, Kerala-India) Gabi Pascoli (Goa-India) en Radha & Pierre (Kreta, 2008, 2009). Teacher training David Swenson (2008). David Lurey (2009, 2010, 2011), Manju Jois (2009), meditation retreat Daniel Strausser (2011). In 2006 Eva was introduced to Chandra's yoga studio in Leiden, where she taught multiple times per week. In 2007 Chandra moved abroad and Eva took over the yoga studio. The studio got the name: Yoga Spirit. The schedule got bigger and the lessons got fuller and fuller!
In december 2008 Yoga Spirit moved to a beautiful location in the city centre of Leiden, with beautiful views over the canals.
Barbara Klok
Barbara Klok (1976) was introduced to Poweryoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga at Yoga Spirit. From the first lesson at Eva's, she was in love with this form of movement. The combination of body and mind was exactly what she was looking for. Yoga and Meditation soon became really important to her. In the search to more depth in teaching and it's philosophy, Barbara decided to complete a course to become a teacher at Yoga Moves in Utrecht, where she got her diploma in 2008. Barbara has been teaching at Yoga Spirit for a couple of years now, together with Eva, she takes care of a lot of different and dynamic lessons at Yoga Spirit. Barbara visited multiple workshops for example, at David Swenson (teacher training) and David Lurey. She is also really passionate about Acroyoga (partner yoga).

Lilian Kluivers
From September 2010, Lilian has been teaching healing and relaxing Do In lessons at Yoga Spirit. In 2001 she first encountered yoga. She recognised the conciousness of the body and the detailled execution of movements from gymnastics, which she tought at the time. Also the combination between body and mind was a valuable new element to her. Ever since, she has been following lots of different kinds of yoga and meditation lessons. She has been teaching Do In since 2009. She learned this form of yoga during her course becoming a shiatsu therapist in The Hague. More info about Lilian on: www.liliankluivers.nl

In May 2012 Marleen (1974) successfully finished the yoga teacher course at Clayton Horton on the Philippines. A couple of years earlier she got inspired by ashtanga vinyasa yoga during a Yoga Spirit holiday in France. Soon after she began to follow all the lessons and it became an important part of her life. She decided to share her knowledge and passion. She assisted teaching in Claytons yoga lessons on the Yoga Festival on Terschelling and gave lessons in France during the Yoga Spirit holiday.
For Marleen, ashtanga toga is a true enrichment to her dynamic life, mainly because of the combination of exercise, relaxation, breathing and movement. Marleen will take a number of ashtanga vinyasa lessen at Yoga Spirit.
